Afternoon!
Did you ever experience a time where you were placed in a classroom with the normal teacher assistant and/or lead teacher and you wanted to be apart (give your ideas) of the lessons being presented to the children? If so,
How did/would you navigate that situation? How did it work out for you?

I was lucky at one school and many teachers were open to my ideas on activities for the kids especially if we had to change the schedule due to whether. Sometimes a challenge I face is speaking up because I often feel I don’t have a voice since I’m not actually a part of their staff team.
