We provide ongoing coaching and technical assistance to teaching staff, instructional-support staff, and administrators to enhance the quality of early learning practices by using various coaching strategies. We work in a collaborative partnership with teaching teams to plan, deliver, and debrief instruction and interactions had with children. Each session is designed to provide feedback based on research-based, developmentally appropriate practice as well as curriculum fidelity.

We offer tailored professional development, workshops, and webinars to meet the need of educators and programs. Combined with resources and strategies, our customized professional development strengthens knowledge and builds instructional capacity which can essentially create a pathway to higher quality and improved child outcomes. These services are offered in-person and virtually.

We use a strength-based approach when observing and evaluating programs to ensure information gathered is used to support the practice of educators, their planning, and implementation of the curriculum. Designated observational tools such as CLASS, ITERS, ECERS, FECERS are used to ensure the reliability and integrity of each program. These services are offered in-person.
