I can sometimes understand frustration when facing behaviors you lack awareness for. However, I HIGHLY recommend asking for help or even asking for a moment to collect yourself then take out frustration on a child. Learning new ways that works for the child and you can go a long way. At the end of it all, it’s also ok to admit that it’s not something you can handle then put yourself and the child in a dangerous position. There are many forms of abuse outside of it occurring in school, but when it comes to suspecting, always assess the situation first and approach with a non judging tone. Sometimes teachers have to play social worker and help direct parents to services that can help them and the child be happy and healthy.
